Cancellation Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your procedure.

You may be charged a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel an office appointment, or $150 if you cancel a procedure, with less than 72 hours notice. 

If you cancel or reschedule your procedure 3 times or more you may also be charged a fee.
